LIHUE — A 44-year-old Lihu‘e man is wanted by Kaua‘i police on 33 sexual assault and related charges. Gustavo Ramon Gamarra is described as a 5-foot-5-inch Hispanic man with short black hair and brown eyes. He weighs approximately 180 pounds.
LIHUE — A 44-year-old Lihu‘e man is wanted by Kaua‘i police on 33 sexual assault and related charges.
Gustavo Ramon Gamarra is described as a 5-foot-5-inch Hispanic man with short black hair and brown eyes. He weighs approximately 180 pounds. He is also known as Gamarra Gustavo.
According to the Kaua‘i Police Department’s most wanted list, Gamarra is wanted on two grand jury warrants alleging 10 counts of first-degree sexual assault, 10 counts of incest, 12 counts of third-degree sexual assault and one count of continuous sexual assault of a minor. He also has two bench warrants for criminal contempt of court. His total bail is $180,000.
Gamarra’s last known address was in Lihu‘e.
According to The Garden Island’s archives, police arrested Gamarra on the morning of Oct. 22, 2010 on two counts of third-degree sexual assault, and continuous sexual assault of a minor.
Another man on the list, Lucas Anthony Zmuda, is wanted on a felony burglary charge. According to police, a KPD officer saw Zmuda exiting through the window of the Kapa‘a Missionary Church at 4-758 Kuhio Highway.
“He had several bags in his possession, which he dropped when he heard the officer order him to stop,” the document alleges.
The suspect ran from the scene, but chasing officers were unable to catch him.
The 25-year-old Kapa‘a resident is described as a 5-foot-4-inch white man with blue eyes and blond or strawberry blond hair. He has a tan and wears his hair short. He weighs approximately 135 pounds.
According to The Garden Island’s archives, on the morning of Jan. 12, 2006, Kaua‘i Police Department officers assisted an off-island law-enforcement agency in arresting the then 20-year-old Zmuda. At the time, his listed address was in Lawa‘i.
His Facebook account lists Olympia, Wash. as his hometown.

• Jennifer A. Washburn, also known as Jennifer Washbourn, 32, of Kapa‘a: Wanted on two counts of criminal contempt of court, $100,000 bail.
Described as a 5-foot-7-inch white woman, weighing 140 pounds, with brown hair, hazel eyes and a fair complexion. According to The Garden Island’s archives, police arrested her on Oct. 4, 2010 on third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug and unlawful use of or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia.
• Akoni J. Davis, 22, of Lihu‘e: Wanted on two counts of criminal contempt of court, $200,000 bail.
Described as a 5-foot-4-inch Hispanic man, weighing 150 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair.
Police began seeking help to locate him in February after he failed to appear in Drug Court on Feb. 9. Archives show he had been arrested in late August in connection with a shooting robbery Aug. 22, 2010 at Waipouli shopping center, involving Aureo Moore, who was later shot and killed near Anahola Beach Park in December.
