Students at Waimea High School traveled to Honolulu Feb. 26 to compete in a Dance Dance Revolution contest. DDR is a music video game where players stand on a ‘dance platform’ and hit colored arrows laid out in a cross with their feet to musical and visual cues. In the boys division, Aaron Barreira took first place, Niko Delos Reyes took second place and Winna Kaohelauli‘i took third place. In the girls division, Sondra Jacinto took first place, Ruby Octavio took second place and Lovelyn Banasihan took third place.
