Hard-working barista Anna Swink created the “Sweet and Salty Cap,” and teamed up with the talkative Gabby Davidson to perfect this strange but overdelicious coffee drink.
The “Sweet and Salty Cap” is just what it claims, a sweet and salty cappuccino, but with an added touch of caramel and cinnamon.
Anna came from Texas a few years ago, following her family. The sweet blonde, who is a devout Christian, is far from being a cowgirl; she says she’s terrible in sports. But she does love to go hiking and explore the island. She’s a darn good photographer and piano player too.
Gabby was born in California, but moved here as a toddler. The Kapa‘a High School graduate will earn an associate’s degree in liberal arts this spring at our local college. The cute brunette, who is a gifted ballet dancer, is still undecided whether seek a bachelor’s degree in philosophy or dancing.
Anna and Gabby said they love making coffee. Just like their creation, they’re sweet but can be salty. And in case you’re wondering, both are single, just don’t tell anyone. Shhh.
Small Town Coffee, always ready for your eye-opener, opens seven days a week, from 5:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
