In a game that was every bit the shootout anticipated, the Tulsa Golden Hurricane took advantage of turnovers and big plays to come away with a 62-35 victory over UH in the Sheraton Hawaii Bowl, Friday at Aloha Stadium.
Hawaii (10-4) got within six early in the second half at 27-21, but saw Tulsa (10-3) score on long scores to keep the Warriors at bay.
