LIHU‘E — Paula Moriguchi of Waimea and April Taguiam of Lihu‘e both recently received degrees from Concordia University in St. Paul, Minn., states a university press release.
Taguiam received a master’s degree in education, and Moriguchi received a bachelor’s degree in child development.
Moriguchi graduated magna cum laude (grade-point average from 3.6 to 3.79).
Concordia is a comprehensive, private university of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod and one of 10 schools that comprise the Concordia University System.
