Serving up wellness - The Garden Island

Coming Soon! A serving of wellness is coming to the Aston Waimea Plantation Cottages soon. Kelli Pleas of Happy Mango’s Healthy Hale came up with pumpkin soup, a mixed-green salad with balsamic vinaigrette and homemade foccacia bread with a side of Razzle-Dazzle Hibiscus Tea to wash everything down. Pleas said the Happy Mango’s Healthy Hale is planning to open a kiosk at the Waimea Plantation Cottages in line with the Aston’s focus on wellness. During the Kaua‘i Chamber of Commerce’s Taste of Waimea, Happy Mango’s offered up a special rainbow kale salad.
