William Correia
William Correia of Kapa‘a died May 17, 2010, at his home at age 82. Born on Feb. 15, 1928, in Hawai‘i, he was a retired road-maintenance worker with the state of Hawai‘i.
He is survived by his sons William (Jane) Correia Jr., Sterling (Douglas) Correia and Reginald (Shelley) Chun; companion Lisa Namuo; two grandchildren; sisters Agnes Cadinha, Sophie Soares and Geraldine Ferreira; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation from 8:30 a.m., Mass at 11 a.m., on Tuesday, May 25, at St. Catherine Church in Kapa‘a.
Arrangements are being handled by Borthwick Kaua‘i Mortuary.

Gregg Dee Chaz Kapena O Ke Kai Mawae Bridges died May 9, 2010, at age 14. He was born on April 24, 1996.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers Levi Mawae Sr. and Roi Bridges; mama Pua Niau; grandmothers Loke Mawae of Kekaha and Maxine Bridges of California.
He is survived by his father Gregory Bridges of Kekaha; mother Leialoha Mawae of Wisconsin; brothers Micah Bridges of Oregon, Max Bridges of Los Angeles, Jed Bridges of Philadelphia, Joey Licayan of Kekaha and Travis Mawae of Kekaha; sisters Kawaiola Mawae Yasay of Pearl City, Desiree Yasay of Kaumakani and Kelsey Bridges of Kekaha; hanai ‘ohana of Hilo; godparents Papa Charlie and Mama Aloha Kaliloa of Kekaha, and Papa Billy Saracon of ‘Ele‘ele; numerous aunties, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorial service from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., on Saturday, May 22, at the Mawae hale located at 8033 Ho‘omau St., Kekaha. Reception to follow.
