LIHU‘E — Kaua‘i Police Department officers are looking for Victor Raudel Monay, 43, who is 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 220 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes and a last known address in Kilauea.
He is sought on one grand jury bench warrant for contempt of court for failure to appear in 2000 to face alleged crimes committed in 1999. His bail is $20,000.
Randy William Pu‘ulei, 36, is 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 180 pounds, is a Native Hawaiian with black hair and brown eyes and a last known address in Hanalei. He is wanted on two bench warrants for criminal contempt of court, and his total bail is $10,000.
Devin Matthew Villatora Kawamoto, 24, is Japanese, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds and has black hair, brown eyes and a last known address in Lihu‘e. He is wanted on a grand jury warrant for second-degree robbery, and his bail is $10,000.
