Dr. David Zimmerman has practiced family care medicine on Kaua‘i since 1986. He has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including office-based primary care and urgent care locations. He was Medical Director of Samuel Mahelona Memorial Hospital between 1998 and 2010, caring for the chronically ill and disabled.
Zimmerman has joined Kalaheo Clinic on a full-time basis, now concentrating on integrating primary and preventative care for his patients.
Zimmerman resides in Lihu‘e and is active in the community as a board member for his neighborhood association. In addition to regular ocean swimming for exercise, his interests are Latin dancing and golf. His two daughters, Molly and Abby, are finishing their education on the Mainland.

Ken Davis
Ken Davis has been hired as Chief Financial Officer of Kaua‘i-based Aqua Engineers, in charge of overall accounting, budgeting, financial planning and other financial operations of the company in support of the company’s strategic goals. He has been hired in addition to existing accounting staff at Aqua Engineers.
He was previously CFO/COO/Secretary and Treasurer at an ESOP employee benefits consulting company in the Midwest, which he joined in 1995. He has 15 years of experience as an ESOP administrator and trustee.
His prior experience includes 14 years of managing banking and cash management relationships split between Mellon Bank, which is headquartered in Pittsburgh, and Sanwa Bank of Japan. He spent 7 years with the US Army Corps of Engineers.
Davis holds a Master of Business Administration in finance and accounting from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from the United States Military Academy.
