Organic Functional Fitness opens at Kukui‘ula Shopping Village
O.F.F, which stands for Organic Functional Fitness, opened its doors on March 1 at the Kukui‘ula Shopping Village. Sunday Dillberg, owner of O.F.F., as well as Bootycamp Kaua‘i has expanded her business offerings to include bootycamp, zumba, dance, and upcoming TRX classes.
As early as 2005, Dillberg created a casual fitness group of new mothers and fitness enthusiasts who were looking for a great workout but needed that extra push. Over the years, the group desired a more consistent schedule with advanced activities. After furthering her studies, Dillberg launched the formal business, Bootycamp Kaua‘i in January 2009.
Her business continued to thrive, and the “bootycampers” as they are known on the Southside, increased in staggering numbers. She out grew her facility in Lawai and decided to move her business to the Kukui‘ula Shopping Village.
O.F.F. still features her popular bootycamp class, which comprises running, walking, lunges, squats, plyometrics, and core training. She has added a bootycamp form and function class that emphasizes a slow progression from a lower to higher intensity with the correct structure. She is also introducing a cardio dance workout, as well as a jump rope circuit. She plans to offer TRX Training classes within the next three months.
Veteran fitness trainers Jennifer Stock and Yael Claussen join Dillberg. Their combined experience, partnered with a passion for exercise and well being, add the perfect dynamic to O.F.F.’s diverse class schedule.
Classes are available everyday, Monday through Saturday. Drop in fee is $20, 10-class punch card is $150 and the unlimited monthly pass is $150. To review the class offerings, class schedule, as well as special monthly promotions, visit offkauai.com, e-mail offkauai@gmail.com or call 639-2313.
