The Postal Workers at the Post Office in Lihu‘e, where I do my mailings, are always so kind and helpful. I had wrapped a gift to send to my son for his birthday on the Mainland. When the postal worker weighed it, he told me I could save about $2.00 if I used the flat rate box available at the Post Office. He handed me a Priority Mail address to label and fill out while he put my wrapped package into the box, stamped it, and the package was on its way.
His thoughtfulness really made my day. Also, as a result, I will remember to use those boxes in the future. I appreciate the friendliness there.
