Drug crimes make up majority of list

LIHU‘E — The Kaua‘i Police Department’s five Most Wanted this week include four men wanted for alleged crimes involving drugs.

Topping the list is Justin Mark Hennessy, 33, a Hispanic with a last known address in Kilauea. He is 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 160 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.

He is wanted on a grand jury bench warrant for first-degree promotion of a detrimental drug, third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug, and two counts of unlawful use of or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia. His total bail is $4,000.

James Kelly Deslondes, 21, is 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 125 pounds, is white with black hair and brown eyes and a last known address in Kapa‘a. He is wanted on a grand jury bench warrant for first-degree forgery, third-degree promotion of a detrimental drug and third-degree promotion of a harmful drug. His total bail is $3,050.

Jorge Luis Gonzalez, 27, is 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds, is Hispanic with brown hair and green eyes, with a last known address in Kekaha. He is wanted on a grand jury bench warrant for third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug, carrying a deadly weapon and unlawful use of or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia. His total bail is $2,100.

Keo Kalani Pacheco, 22, is white, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 190 pounds and is homeless with a last known address in Kapa‘a, with black hair and brown eyes and a mustache and goatee. He is wanted on a grand jury bench warrant for first-degree forgery and third-degree promotion of a detrimental drug. His total bail is $2,050.

Alan Wayne Jeffries, 27, is Native American, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 125 pounds and has brown eyes, black hair, short hair, mustache and short beard. He is wanted on a grand jury bench warrant for second-degree theft and second-degree forgery. His total bail is $2,000.

Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of any of the above individuals is asked to call KPD dispatch, 241-1711.

From last week’s Most Wanted list, Stephanie Doenges Leon was arrested between Feb. 13 and Feb. 18, according to KPD information.

Sasaki (two warrants), Leigh M. Speyer (three warrants); grand jury bench warrants: Chelsie M. Banasihan, Gabriel K. Brown, Richard I. Leibman, Michael F. Massey, Dominic M. Murguia, Jaylyn L. Oyama, Ceejay L. Ramos, Florentino Salvador, Archangel C. Timosan.
