LIHU‘E — Kaua‘i police last week arrested three of the five suspects identified in the Most Wanted list published in last Sunday’s edition of The Garden Island.
Most Wanted alumni Courtney Chandler and Alika Soares were arrested and Kaua‘i Police Department officers picked up Steven Helmke, Faith Balaan and Nathan Batalona between Dec. 3 and Thursday.
Chandler and Soares were arrested Thursday afternoon, said Kaua‘i Police Lt. Sherwin Kaleo Perez, Patrol Services Bureau Lihu‘e district commander.
Soares had a no-bail warrant for a parole violation, he said.
There are five more people on the Most Wanted list for this week, including Sheena Cheri Millare, 27, with a last known address in Hanama‘ulu.
She is 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds, is Filipino, has brown hair and brown eyes, may also be known as Shena Millare, and is wanted on a grand jury bench warrant for third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug and unlawful use of or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia. Her bail is $2,000.
James Prescott, 47, with a last known address in Kapa‘a, is 6 feet tall, weighs 150 pounds, is white with brown hair and hazel eyes, and is wanted on a grand jury bench warrant for theft of utilities. His bail is $5,000.
Dustin James Keone Foley, 20, is 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds, is white, has brown hair and hazel eyes and a last known address in Kalaheo. He is wanted on a grand jury bench warrant for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, third-degree criminal property damage and third-degree assault. His bail is $3,000.
Suzanne Alice Suenaga, 52, with a last known address in Kalaheo, is 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 118 pounds, is Japanese with brown hair and brown eyes, and is wanted on a grand jury bench warrant for second-degree theft. Her bail is $2,500.
Kenneth Puaokina Bukoski, 41, is 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 220 pounds, is Native Hawaiian, has brown hair and brown eyes and a last known address in Koloa. He is wanted on a grand jury bench warrant for third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug, third-degree promotion of a detrimental drug, and unlawful use of or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia. He may also be known as Kenneth Puaokina. His bail is $2,050.

Others arrested on bench warrants between Dec. 3 and Thursday were: Lealatau Aiolupotea, Lawrence Almendarez (two warrants), Jim Dela Cruz, Christian Harding, Lance Mizumoto, Thomas Nollar, Nicole Rathje, Sean Scates and Levi Tumbaga.
Arrested during those same dates on grand jury warrants were John Cruzada, Lance Kerwin and Yvonne Kerwin.
