J Robertson said the Hoike crew is working on the tapes now and it should be on the air shortly. Dickie Chang (he was at the KVB meeting, Thursday) has already aired some of the parade on his Wala‘au program and there is a clip on the kauaiworld.com Web site as well.
Sandi Kato-Klutke (mahalo to the Aston Islander on the Beach for providing the trash bags and gloves for the Boy Scouts of Troop 148 and 270 on parade night!) was stopping in at that meeting as well, her “script” for the Kaua‘i Chamber of Commerce gig in hand for those quiet moments.
The angels are appearing for Maile Carvalho and the Child and Family Services group (I didn’t know Lehua Cristobal was working there — from PhotoSpectrum to CFS). Faith Shiramizu and the Department of Water are helping about 40 individuals and families!
OK, time to check out the Kaua‘i Coffee Company’s open house — gotta see what kind of holiday creation Marty Amaro is going to come up with. Linda Howe is also coming to visit from Honolulu.
