The Kaua‘i Bodyboarding Association will be presenting Event No. 1 of the 2009-10 Kaua‘i Island Tour on Dec. 12 at Kekaha second ditch. Participants will begin beach entry at 6:30 a.m. with an 8 a.m. start for the competition. Entry
