•The Monday article entitled “Sales Slip” should state that Neal Norman is slated to join real estate forces with three new agents — Mimsy and Pierre Bouret and Tiffany Spencer — coming from Hanalei North Shore Properties to join Koa Properties.
• The front page article in Friday’s edition entitled “Sex assault charges dismissed” should state that a decision on whether to enter a grand-jury tape into evidence is the prosecuting attorney’s call, but at the time of this grand jury Shaylene Iseri-Carvalho was not the prosecuting attorney. Also, the grand-jury tape was entered into evidence. A separate taped interview with the alleged victim was not entered into evidence.
•In Monday’s “State/County Government Notices,” Richard Rafael Vidinha, 60, is listed because the state believes he may have an interest in the described property. This person is not to be confused with Kaua‘i resident Richard Vidinha, 83, a retired police officer.
