It’s easy to enter and fun to create a unique or favorite dish with coconut as an ingredient. Enter one of three categories: professional, amateur or keiki. Prizes include $100 in cash, certificates for dinners at some of Kaua‘i’s best restaurants, flight on a motorized hand glider by Birds of Paradise, a tandem parachute jump by Sky Dive Kaua‘i and many other fun certificates from Kaua‘i outdoor activity companies.
