Joy Jonah has joined RE/MAX Kauai as the newest member of this dynamic sales team. Jonah brings to the office two decades of experience in real estate and was formerly with Intero Real Estate Services on the Big Island.
Jonah is a seasoned Realtor and Professional Stager, Interior Redesigner in Princeville. Since moving to Hawai‘i with her family in 2005, Jonah has worked on both the islands of Kaua‘i and the Big Island.
Born and raised in Northern California, Jonah began her real estate career in 1984. She then grew to become Owner-Broker of her own successful Real Estate Investment and Mortgage Company in Northern California.
Counseling and assisting others to achieve their real estate goals is Jonah’s primary mission. By incorporating her years of experience and attention to detail in her business relationships, she builds valuable partnerships with each of her clients.
Jonah is also an active member of the American Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners. She finds by applying her natural design talent and organization skills, when needed, staging homes and business interiors prove to be an added value to many of her clients when it comes time to produce a successful and timely sale.
Jonah specializes in residential and investment real estate and possesses an extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and market, with a heavy emphasis on real estate law, real estate finance and eco-friendly sourcing.
Jonah’s values are deeply rooted, and she extends those values to her professional real estate and design career.
Joy Jonah will be affiliated with the RE/MAX Kauai’s Princeville office, but will serve all of Kaua‘i through its two other offices in Kapa’a and Koloa.
