Jason, a Realtor-associate and an accredited buyer’s representative for Vision Realty, said in 2005 one might only see two homes in Princeville asking under $1 million, whereas now, there are more than 3 dozen homes asking under $1 million in Princeville. Of the homes that have been selling, island-wide, when you review the Kaua‘i MLS, many are in the $400,000-to-$500,000 range.
