Donald Bland
Donald “Bruce” Bland died Sept. 23, 2008, at his home in Claremore, Okla., at age 44. He was born Feb. 28, 1964, in Claremore.
He was preceded in death by parents Charles “Cecil” Bland and Geneva Bland and his brother Joseph Gary Bland.
He is survived by wife Lorraine Bland; son Jake Bland of Claremore, Okla.; daughter Brooke Lynn Feilder of Tulsa, Okla.; sisters Bonnee Blue (Jim) Pierson of Pryor, Okla., Jayne Anne (Billy) Topper; brother Charles Cecil (Tina) Bland II; and numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
A celebration of his life will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 25, at the home of his friends Brian and Malia Bramel in Kapa‘a. For more information, call 651-4362.
An additional celebration was held on Oct. 4, 2008, in Claremore, Okla.
Delbert Albarado
Delbert “Animal” Albarado of Kalaheo died Sept. 26, 2008, at Wilcox Memorial Hospital at age 51. Born April 24, 1957, in Honolulu, he was a truck driver with Kekaha Sugar Company.
He is survived by wife Diana Albarado; sons Dwaine (Pulama) Albarado of Lihu‘e and Quinton “KJ” (Rheyna) Albarado of Kalaheo; daughters Brooke (John) Planas of Kalaheo and Vallon (Bill) Albarado of Waimea; grandchildren Jamen Kealoha-Albarado, Ayzlin Kealoha-Albarado, Keileb Albarado-Planas, Seidree Kealoha-Albarado, Keiley Albarado-Planas, Darien Kealoha-Albarado, Ciari “Jumba” Kealoha-Albarado and Rheyton Albarado; parents the late Walter Albarado and Georgiana Ana, and Robert and Gail Kelley; brothers Danny Kelley of Rhode Island and Thomas (Kathy) Kelley of Florida; sisters Karen (Wayne) Batis of Kekaha, Claudia (Bud) Adams of North Carolina, Elizabeth (Paul) Eckles of Arizona, Patricia (Robert) Coon of Rhode Island and Debbie (Joseph) Constantino of Illinois.
Visitation will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 4, at the Garden Island Mortuary chapel; services to follow. Casual attire is suggested and the family requests that flowers be omitted.
Arrangements are being handled by Garden Island Mortuary Ltd.

Cyrus Lee Prem died Sept. 27, 2008, at Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born Sept. 27, 2008, at Wilcox Memorial Hospital.
He is survived by parents Mikey and Desiree Prem; sister Rhylee Prem; brother Caleb Melling; grandparents Cresanto Tangonan, Maria Prem, and Philip and Marlene Eliana Jr.; great-grandparents Semie Tangonan, James “Sparky” and Ramona Prem, Philip Eliana Sr. and Mauro Valvieja.
Family and friends may visit with the family from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 9, at Borthwick Mortuary Chapel in Koloa where services will follow. Burial to follow at Lihu‘e Cemetery.
