Westside Christian Center in Kekaha and The Aloha Church in Lihu‘e will be having Teen Challenge of the Hawaiian Islands sharing a presentation at their services on August 3. They will be at Westside Christian Center at the 10 a.m. and at the Aloha Church at 6 p.m.
Teen Challenge is an effective drug recovery program. Teen Challenge is a prevention program for youth of America by providing school assemblies, community events and church outreach.
To ensure success for each individual, Teen Challenge utilizes faith-based recovery methods developed over the past 50 years. Teen Challenge aspires to enable each student to function in society as a restored and responsible individual.
Under the leadership of Rev. Keith Jackson Teen Challenge has recently opened a recovery home for men on the Big Island and a crisis counseling office in O‘ahu that service all the islands.
