ANAHOLA — The Department of Water is resuming testing its new water well in Anahola. The second of three tests began yesterday morning and will run through 8 a.m. today.
The third test will be conducted from 8 a.m. Friday to 8 a.m. Saturday.
All existing wells in the area have been shut down in order to conduct the tests. Although water in the tanks is available, the supply of water is limited.
During these periods, residents may experience low water pressure and possibly water outages depending on usage and storage in the tanks.
Residents are asked to implement water conservation measures, including refraining from washing cars, reducing outdoor irrigation and using water wisely indoors and outdoors.
For more information, call the Department of Water at 245-5455 between 7:45 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., or Police Dispatch at 241-1711 after business hours.
