Colin Christian Mathews
Colin Christian Mathews of Princeville died on March 28, 2008, at the age of 15. He was born in Lihu‘e and attended Kapa‘a High School as a sophomore.
Colin is survived by his parents Conrad and Linda; brother Craig; grandparents George Blake, Joanna Blake Haselwood and Marion Olson; aunt and uncles on Kaua‘i, Amanda, Camren and Devin Blake; aunt and uncle on the Mainland, George Blake Jr. and Laurie Macy; great aunts, great uncles and numerous cousins.
Visitation with the family and viewing will be held from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Friday, April 4, at St. Catherine Church.
A rosary will be said at 10 a.m. and Mass celebrated at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Catherine Cemetery in Kealia.
Kauai Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home is assisting the Mathews family with arrangements.
Tatsuo Tsuruda
Tatsuo Tsuruda of Lihu‘e, passed away on March 27, 2008, at Wilcox Hospital at the age of 89. Born on July 23, 1918, in Kealia, he was an accountant with the County of Kaua‘i.
He is survived by two brothers Daniel (Suzie) Takata and Andrew (Alice) Takata both of Honolulu; sister Kiyoko Murashige of Lihu‘e; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit with the family from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 3, at the Lihue Hongwanji Mission; service officiated by Rev. Kondo will begin at 10 a.m.
The family requests casual attire and that flowers be omitted.

Grace Tai Date
Grace Tai Date of Waimea passed away on Jan. 24, 2008, at the age of 89.
Born on Nov. 6, 1918, in Makaweli, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her son Howard H. (Sarah) of Waimea; daughters Charlotte of Mililani and Trudy (Michael) Uechi of Aiea; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brothers Hiroshi Honma of Kailua and Alan Honma of Aiea; sister Rin Sakoda of Waimea; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services were private.
Arrangements are being handled by Garden Island Mortuary Ltd.
Frank Ward Hustace Jr.
Frank Ward Hustace Jr. of Honolulu died March 26, 2008, in Honolulu at the age of 93. Born in Honolulu, he was an attorney-at-law.
He is survived by his wife Constance L. Hustace; son Frank Ward Hustace III; daughter Patricia Kenyon Hustace; brothers Edward C. Hustace, Walter Hustace and Cedric Hustace; and four grandchildren.
