More than 300 off-road riders gathered near Anahola for a recent Poker Run to help the Boys & Girls Club of Hawai‘i.
Danny Lepley, president of the Combined Off-Road Riders of Kaua‘i, announced that the Poker Run held last month was a success.
A portion of the proceeds will go to the Boys & Girls Club, Kapa’a Clubhouse, to support its many activities for Kauai’s youth.
Remaining proceeds, after expenses, will be used for insurance, future events, and towards CORK’s never ending quest for legal riding areas.
In addition to providing needed funds for the Boys & Girls Club of Kapa’a, it offered the opportunity for motorcycle, ATV and mountain bicycle riders of all skill levels and ages to experience the beautiful trails of Anahola in a fun, safe riding environment.
