Missing teen sought
The Kaua‘i Police Department is seeking information on a teenager who may be a runaway. According to police, 14-year-old Shai Kamalei Ragudo was reported missing on Jan. 11. Ragudo is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds.
