Koloa contractor housing complete

Linthicum recently completed the construction of a contractor housing project at 3375 Waoke St. in Koloa.

The housing was built to support the construction of the Kukui‘ula development. Linthicum is the general contractor for the 111,840-square-foot Kukui‘ula Plantation Core project.

Eight housing units totaling 8,400 square feet were designed and rebuilt in plantation-style of the community. The housing features new walls, asphalt tile roofing, plumbing and lighting systems built to meet current code standards.

“The completion of the contractor housing project marks another significant milestone in the preparation for the general construction of Kukui‘ula Plantation Club,” Eric Linthicum, company president and managing partner, said in a press release. Construction is planned to start in the first quarter of 2008. Linthicum specializes in commercial buildings, luxury golf amenity and spa facilities, and upscale custom homes in Arizona, California and Hawai‘i.
