The Kaua‘i Police Department is requesting for the public’s assistance with information regarding an assault complaint which occurred on Aug. 28, at about 6 p.m. in the area of the Kealia Beach newly completed cement path.
KPD is looking for a local male subject approximately 40 years of age, 6-feet tall and about 225 pounds. This male subject has short black hair and a mustache. He has a tattoo on his lower back with an arching pattern.
The suspect drives an older model Jeep Cherokee, dark green in color.
