Kapa‘a resident accepted at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University

Cheyenne Barretto, 17, of Kapa’a, was accepted to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Fla. in August. Barretto, who graduated in 2007 from Kapa’a High School, is now a member of the Embry-Riddle 2007 freshman class, pursuing a degree in Aeronautical Science.

Cheyenne is the daughter of Brian and Shari Barretto.

Embry-Riddle, the world’s largest, fully accredited university specializing in aviation and aerospace offers more than 30 degree programs in its colleges of Arts and Sciences, Aviation, Business, and Engineering at residential campuses in Prescott, Ariz., and Daytona Beach, Fla.
