Koloa School’s 130th Anniversary Celebration Saturday, from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., is open to all.
Join those at the school for an evening of celebrating the history and legacy of Koloa School and the many individuals who made it a special place to be.
Past principals, teachers, and alumni will be on hand to share their memories of the school through a video presentation created by retired teacher Arnold Meister.
A stew and rice dinner will be served as well as entertainment provided by Koloa School keiki, the Koloa Ukulele Band, and talented alumnus Eldrene Guerrero, protégé of Jake Shimabukuro, and professional entertainer and educator, Glen Medeiros.
Tickets are on sale at the school office for $10 for adults and $5 for children 5-12. Children 4 and under are free.
