T-ball signups this week
The Kawaihau Community Little League is accepting registration for its 2007 T-ball season. Application forms are available at Pono Market in Kapa‘a for all players and interested coaches.

Hana Hou advances
in 35+ playoffs
Hana Hou, 1-0 in the playoffs, will be meeting Iseri-Carvalho Tuesday night at the double elimination playoffs for the Lihu‘e 35+ softball league.
Hana Hou advanced with a 2-1 edge over the Doo Doo Boys Thursday night at Isenberg Park.
In the second contest of the night, U-Know, top seeded in the playoffs with a 12-0 season record, edged Plus 35, 5-4 to force a three-way tie for the lead of the playoff series.
U-Know, drawing the opening round bye, has a bye until Oct. 30 when it meets the winner of the Hana Hou/Iseri-Carvalho matchup.
The opening contest tonight will feature the Doo Doo Boys going up against Da Cowboys starting at 6 p.m. followed by the Hana Hou contest at 7 p.m.
