The Family Caregivers Group of Kauai’s monthly meeting will feature guest speaker Dennis Pezzato, Ph.D., who will discuss and demonstrate stress reduction and relaxation techniques for caregivers.
The meeting will take place from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Thursday in Room 2 of the Kaua‘i Veterans Center, Lihu‘e.
The support group is open to anyone caring for a senior spouse, parent or other elderly family member. The event is free and will include light refreshments.
