Baby Jordaen Haruo Alisna of Wailua Houselots died on July 23, 2007.
He is survived by his parents James and Nicole (Kuriki) Alisna Jr., maternal grandmother Janice Doi, maternal grandfather Clayton Kuriki, maternal great-grandparents Stanley and Catherine Doi and Albert and Jane Kuriki; paternal grandparents Sandy and Tom Gonsalves and James and Lianne Alisna, paternal great-grandparents Jessie Sam-Fong, Tom and Linda Rapozo, Domingo and Lourdes Alisna; great-great grandmothers Tillie Medeiros, Kiyoko Doi; aunts Tiffany Alisna, Kelsey Alisna, Naomi Alisna-Yadao, Jenna Kuriki, Shereen Gonsalves, Christy Gonsalves; uncles Dustin Gonsalves, Keilan Gonsalves, Brian Alisna-Yadao, Ikaika Alisna-Yadao; numerous cousins, relatives and friends.
Family and friends may visit with the family on Saturday, Aug. 4, at Kauai Memorial Gardens with visitation from 9 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. and services beginning at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens in baby land.
Kauai Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home assisted the Alisna family with arrangements.
Kikue Okihara
Kikue Okihara of Kekaha died at Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital on July 28, 2007.
Born in Waimea on May 20, 1925, to Kana and Kama Uchima, she was the retired owner of K’s Hairstyles in Waimea.
She is survived by her husband Shigeru Okihara; two daughters, Sharan (Walter) Souza and Faith (Bob) Ryder; son Steven (Donna) Okihara; five grandsons, Kui and Walton Souza, Tysen and Kasey Okihara and Preston Chong; two great-granddaughters, Salina and Danielle. Services were private.
Arrangements are being handled by Garden Island Mortuary, Ltd.

Born June 7, 2007, he is survived by his parents Roxanne K. Carvalho of Kaumakani, great-grandparents Margaret Goodwin-Akana of Kapahi, Connie Carvalho of Lihu‘e, Carmen “Boots” and James Panui Jr. of Anahola, Frank (Lynette) Bukoski Sr. of Koloa, Dorothy Bramlett of O‘ahu, Marie Green of Pleasantville, New Jersey, great-great-grandmother Elizabeth “Granny” Bukoski of Koloa.

Friends may visit with the family on Aug. 8, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Borthwick Kaua‘i Mortuary Chapel, where services will be celebrated at 6 p.m.
The family requests no floral arrangements. Lei of aloha may be brought in honor of baby Makoa.
