Body found in Kilauea ID’d
A mother of three was identified as the woman who was found dead Wednesday morning in Kilauea. County officials said Heather Bell, 39, of Kilauea, had been reported missing Tuesday night. North Shore firefighters recovered her body at 6:08 a.m.
