A free workshop sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Association will be Friday from noon to 1:30 p.m. at Kaua‘i Community College cafeteria.
The one-hour, interactive workshop will feature nutritional and lifestyle advice, strategies to keep your memory sharp, interactive exercises and activities, and materials to take home for further reading.
The workshop will introduce attendees, particularly baby boomers, to scientifically rooted advice on brain health based on strong lifestyle choices, a release states. Janet Eli, CEO Aloha Chapter of Alzheimer’s Association will be the presenter.
