Georgia Tracy Ann Marie Gehrke, 40, of Kapa‘a pleaded guilty yesterday to second- and third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug in Judge Kathleen Watanabe’s courtroom.
Gehrke was arrested Oct. 7, 2005 after law enforcement got a search warrant for suspected drug dealing, court documents state.
Once inside Gehrke’s home, police found a Wesson 32 Winchester revolver, a prescription receipt for Cyclobenzaprin — a muscle relaxant — a Hello Kitty container with drug notes and an “ice” pipe, according to the arrest report filed with the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
From Gehrke’s car, police recovered $3,300 dollars in cash, the police report states.
In all, KPD officers reportedly recovered 4.4 grams of cocaine — for which they initially charged Gehrke with second-degree promotion of a dangerous drug; 8.1 grams methamphetamine, which yielded a third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug charge; and Oxycodone and Diazepam, or Valium, which led to third- and fourth-degree promotion of dangerous drug charges, respectively.
Gehrke’s sentencing will be at 9 a.m., Sept. 18 in Watanabe’s courtroom.
