Natsuyo Fujimoto Yoshida
Natsuyo Fujimoto Yoshida of Hanapepe Hts. died at her home on June 17, 2007, at the age of 89.
Born in Kalaheo on July 28, 1917, she retired from Sheraton Kauai and Up to Date Cleaners.
Preceded in death by her husband Katsumi “Archie“ Yoshida, she is survived by daughter Donna (Eric) Fujiwara of Kalaheo; grandchildren Michelle (Michael) Hinazumi and Daniel Fujiwara; great-grandchild Mari Hinazumi; sisters Fusano Yoshimasu and Marian Kanekiyo; and nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit with the family from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 23, at Kauai Veterans Cemetery Pavilion; service at 2:30 p.m.
Arrangements are being handled by Garden Island Mortuary, Ltd.

Richard K. Brun Sr. of Kalaheo died June 15, 2007, at Wilcox Memorial Hospital at the age of 70.
Born on Kaua‘i, he was a golf course superintendent.
Preceded in death by his son Christopher J. Brun and brother Vernon Brun, he is survived by his wife Betty Brun, son Ricky (Paula) Brun; daughters Debbie (Sean) Pulawa and Peanut (Marshal) Aviguetero; brothers John Brun Jr., Herbert Brun and Francis Brun; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may visit with the famiy Saturday, June 23, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. at Holy Cross Church in Kalaheo, where Mass wil be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. Burial to follow at Kaua‘i Veterans Cemetery in Hanapepe.
Casual attire is suggested. Arrangements are being handled by Borthwick Kauai Mortuary.
