• Request by General Dynamics to put a telecommunication facility on a top of a building at the Marriott Waiohai Beach Hotel in Po‘ipu.

• Request for permits by Charles Somers to built two single-family homes and a barn in Kilauea. The Kilauea Neighborhood Association has petitioned for intervention.

• Request for permits by the Kauai Island Utility Cooperative to apparently enlarge an area for the reconstruction and modernization of existing

electrical transformer substation, including vehicular access and landscaping improvements. The proposed project site is located along Kuhio Highway by the Wailua Golf Course.

• Request for permits by the Koloa Creekside Estates to develop nine condominium property regime units in Koloa. The commission has received one letter of opposition.

• Possible amendments to the March 15 and April 18 resolutions, county salaries and related charter and ordinance provisions and salaries of the deputy fire chief and proposed housing director.

• Ordinance transferring $3.5 million in the general fund of the capital improvement budget for the Kilauea Bridge project, which includes establishing a contingency fund and setting aside funds to expand Black Pot Park by Hanalei Bay, design Pouli Road in Waipouli in East Kaua’i and conduct work related to sidewalks at or by ‘Ele‘ele Nani Park.
