All are invited to attend “He Inoa No Kaumuali‘i” — this year’s King Kaumuali‘i Elementary School May Day program. This year’s program is dedicated to the late Kumu Pohaku Nishimitsu, a teacher who shared his knowledge and love for the ‘aina and the Hawaiian culture. He also helped name the school and was one of the composers of the school song. The program will be held tomorrow at 8:30 a.m., in King Kaumuali‘i School’s courtyard. Parking will be available in Peter Rayno Sr. Park. For more information on the event, call 241-3150.
