Kaua‘i Children’s Discovery Museum seeks volunteers

People interested in volunteering at the Kauai Children’s Discovery Museum are invited to attend an orientation meeting for volunteers Tuesday from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the museum.

Prospective volunteers will learn about opportunities and responsibilities at the non-profit museum, which provides a safe place for Kaua‘i’s keiki to have fun while learning.

Located in the Kaua‘i Village Shopping Center in Kapa‘a, beneath the whale tower, the museum provides residents and island visitors a hands-on science, art and cultural exploratory experience, in addition to offering a variety of educational programs.
