Chinese Year of the Boar celebrated at Kaua‘i Museum’s ‘Ohana Day

Tai Chi, narcissus-carving, peaceful dragon, shu fa, martial arts, moon cakes and — of course — a lion dance are all part of the ‘Ohana Day planned for March 3 at the Kaua‘i Museum.

As always, ‘Ohana Day offers free admission to the museum along with activities for the whole family.

Celebrate the Chinese Year of the Boar with the Kaua‘i Museum as it continues to honor multiple cultures on Kaua‘i.

Festivities begin at 10 a.m. and the museum’s annual membership meeting is at 11:30 a.m. Events continue until 4 p.m.

For more information, call the museum 245-6931.
