There’s still time to pick up tickets for the annual Zonta Club of Kaua‘i Eat Dessert First fundraiser.
The popular event will be held this year on Friday, Feb. 9, at the Kauai Veterans Center on Kapule Highway near the airport.
For just $13 in advance or $15 at the door guests can enjoy desserts including chocolate fountains, cakes, cheesecakes, brownies, cookies and a bevy of other treats crafted by chefs.
A sugar-free dessert section is also offered, as well as fresh fruit and cheese. Money raised goes toward scholarships for Kaua‘i students. Live music, a silent auction and door prizes are also offered.
Doors open at 5 p.m.; the food and fun runs through 7:30 p.m.
Children 4 and under are free. Tickets are available by calling 651-0823 and at Pictures Plus, Scotty’s Music, Vicky’s Fabric Shop, M. Miura Store, Savage Pearls, Hairmates, Kaua‘i Chocolate Company and Hanapepe Café.
