The 120-room complex, located on the corner of Po‘ipu Road and Kiahuna Plantation Drive, will begin selling units Sunday, with prices ranging from $600,000 to $1.3 million for one-, two- or three-bedroom custom condos.
Poipu Palms Limited Partnership, a joint venture between Honolulu-based developer U.S. Pacific and Canada-based developer Ledcor Properties, expects the Royal Palms to open by May 2008.
