A meeting to discuss the status of the Wailapa Stream debris-removal project is tomorrow from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Kilauea Neighborhood Center, county officials said in a press release.
County officials, the project’s consultant, and officials with the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Natural Resources Conservation Service will provide updates on the debris-removal project.
Representatives from state Civil Defense, state Department of Land and Natural Resources, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will also be present at the meeting.
Additionally, there will be time for questions and answers.
