Koloa Road repaved

County officials announced that resurfacing of Koloa Road will resume this Wednesday.

Road crews will be working on the roadway weekdays from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

During these hours, portions of Koloa Road will be open to one-lane traffic only.

Officials expect that the Koloa Road repaving project will be completed in approximately two weeks.

While repair work is being done on Koloa Road, motorists are advised to anticipate delays and should consider taking alternate routes such as ‘Oma‘o Road or Kaumuali‘i Highway.

For more information, contact the county’s Public Works Division at 241-6616.
