What do you like most about The Garden Island? “I like being informed of the local news.”
What do you like most about living on Kaua‘i? “I like the friendliness. Everyone here has the aloha spirit. The driving here is better (than in Los Angeles). Everyone here is so polite when they’re driving.
They’ll let you in if you’re backing up. In L.A. they just go right past you. People here are very accommodating.”
If you could change one thing about life on Kaua‘i, what would it be? “Definitely stopping the development, like what’s going on in Koloa, and how Kapa‘a is now. I take the bypass road to go behind it all. It’s just awful.”
