Drug arrest — 1:10 p.m., Aquila Kaiulani Say, 31, of Hanalei, for promotion of a detrimental drug, for having a switchblade, two counts of having drug paraphernalia, five counts of promotion of a dangerous drug, and promotion of a harmful drug.

Drug arrest — 1:10 p.m., Byron Bun Chin Say, 37, of Kapa’a, for two counts of having drug paraphernalia, five counts of first-degree promotion of a dangerous drug, promotion of a harmful drug, promotion of a detrimental drug, and for having a switchblade.

Violating-guilty-plea arrest — 2:50 p.m., Jennifer Ruth Carvalho, 23, of Lihu’e, for violating deferred acceptance of a guilty plea.

Contempt arrest — 9:20 p.m., Marko Keoni Evans, 22, of Kapa’a, for criminal contempt of court.

Drunk-driving arrest — 11:51 p.m., Kevin John Geis, 42, of Lawa’i, for driving under the influence of an intoxicant.

Failure-to-appear arrest — Matthew Alan Zmuda, 21, of Lawa’i, for failing to appear in court.

Drunk-driving arrest — 3:50 a.m., Cory Kai Sarmiento, 27, of Kekaha, for driving under the influence of an intoxicant.

Violating-release arrest — 7:47 a.m., Harmony Freedom Kalanikumaiku, 25, of Lawa’i, for violating conditional release.

Drunk-driving arrest — 9:37 a.m., Jefrey Todd Bolman, 45, of Kilauea, for driving under the influence of an intoxicant.

Firearms arrest — 12:10 p.m., Timothy Charles Walsh, 58, of Kapa’a, for firearms-registration violation.

Family-abuse arrest — 3 p.m., Gary Allianic Jr., 29, of Lihu’e, for family abuse.

Drug arrest — 4:45 p.m., Georgia Tracy Ann Marie Gehrke, 39, of Kapa’a, for having a firearm in an unlawful place to keep one, promotion of a harmful drug, two counts of promotion of a dangerous drug, for having drug paraphernalia, and for methamphetamine trafficking.
