KEO, food bank honored at Republican Lincoln Dinner

Officials of the Kauai Republican Party, Governor Linda Lingle, and Mayor Bryan J. Baptiste recently honored leaders of Kauai Economic Opportunity, Inc. and the Kauai Food Bank at the annual Lincoln Day Dinner at the Kaua‘i Marriott Resort & Beach Club recently.

Around 250 Republicans and friends attended the ceremony, according to a press release.

Emphasis was made by Kauai Republican Party Chair Ron Agor that coming together to help the less fortunate must go beyond politics.

Kauaians have proven that they can all work together to help the less fortunate, regardless of political affiliations, he said.
