• Tentative subdivision action for a two-lot subdivision in Kapa‘a proposed by Bonnie M. Matsumura;

• Final subdivision action for a four-lot subdivision in Wailua Homesteads proposed by James Nishida and a three-lot subdivision at Princeville proposed by Bruce Clarke and Paula Ignatowicz.

• Grove Farm Properties Inc. is proposing a zoning amendment from open district to residential district for land by the Puako Subdivision in Lihu‘e;

• The Knudsen Trust and Sinclair Bill are requesting a variance permit from a lot coverage requirement to build a home and an additional dwelling unit on land in Po‘ipu;

• County officials are proposing to amend a section of the county code related to the expiration and extension of time for zoning amendments.


Kaua‘i County Planning Commission public hearings

• Continuation of a public hearing on a request for permits by Coconut Plantation Holdings, LLC to build an apartment complex in Waipouli that includes 192 multi-family units, six hotel rooms and a minimum of 399 parking stalls;

• Request for permits by D.R. Horton -Schuler Division to build a housing development on the northern outskirts of Hanama‘ulu that includes 293 single-family homes that are attached and unattached and multi-family units;

• Servco Pacific Inc. seeks approval of permits to develop a new home in Puhi for the Kauai Toyota automobile dealership. The proposal would include space for auto sales, parts and auto repair divisions.
