Disorderly-conduct arrest — 1:15 a.m., Shaunne Haunani Souza, 49, of Kapa‘a, for disorderly conduct.

Drunk-driving arrest — 10:32 a.m., Scott Michael Williams, 53, of Hanalei, for driving under the influence of an intoxicant, being involved in an accident involving an unattended vehicle, and for driving without a license.
