There will be fresh fruit dipped in Belgian chocolate by Fountains of Chocolate, and sugar-free desserts as well as fruit, cheese-and-cracker platters.
Professionals from Kauai Chocolate Company from Port Allen Marina Center will be on hand, serving up their homemade macadamia nut and pina colada ice cream.
Entertainment for the evening will be provided by Clyde Letreta, a local musician who currently performs weekly at Kukui’s restaurant at the Kaua‘i Marriott Resort & Beach Club. He has been hard at work on his first CD, due out this month.
